All you need to do is season the lamb breast, place it in the slow cooker and let the slow cooker do the rest. Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) boneless lamb breast
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup (240 ml) chicken broth
Instructions
1. Preheat your slow cooker to the low setting.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano, thyme and cumin. Rub the mixture into the lamb breast and place it in the slow cooker.
3. Add the lemon juice and chicken broth to the slow cooker and cover it with the lid.
4. Cook the lamb breast on the low setting for 6-8 hours or until the meat is tender and cooked through.
5. Once cooked, remove the lamb breast from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

If you want to add more flavour to the lamb breast, you can add some vegetables such as onions, carrots, celery and potatoes to the slow cooker.
