Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken wings

- 1 cup ketchup

- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

- 2 tablespoons garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard

- 1/4 teaspoon thyme

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 tablespoons cornstarch

- 2 tablespoons cold water

Instructions

1. Place the chicken wings in the Power Pressure Cooker and set aside.

2. In a medium bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper, ground ginger, ground mustard, thyme, and olive oil.

3. Pour the sauce over the wings and stir to coat evenly.

4. Place the lid on the pressure cooker and set it to the "Meat/Stew" setting. Cook for 25 minutes.

5. Once the cooking time is complete, release the pressure and open the lid. Stir the wings to evenly coat with the sauce.

6. In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and cold water until combined. Add to the wings and stir to combine.

7. Set the pressure cooker to the "Sauté" setting and cook for an additional 3 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.

8. Remove the wings from the pressure cooker and serve.

Notes
