Ingredients
1 (4-5 lb) frozen pork roast
1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (14-ounce) can chicken broth
1/3 cup red wine
2 bay leaves
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions
1. Place the frozen pork roast in the slow cooker.
2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt and pepper. Rub the mixture all over the pork roast.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the chicken broth, red wine and bay leaves and bring to a simmer. Pour the mixture over the pork roast in the slow cooker.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the pork is tender and cooked through.
5. Remove the bay leaves, sprinkle with rosemary, and serve.
