Ingredients

2-3 pounds pork shoulder

2 cups Dr Pepper

Instructions

1. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, onion powder, chili powder, black pepper, sugar, and sea salt. Rub the spice blend all over the pork shoulder. Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker.

2. In a medium bowl, mix together the Dr Pepper, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour the mixture over the pork shoulder.

3. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours, until the pork is tender and easily pulls apart with a fork.
