4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 8-10 hours.

Notes
If you don’t have a slow cooker, you can also cook the curry on the stovetop. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Follow the instructions as listed above, but reduce the cooking time to about 1 hour.
