Ingredients
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 (4-ounce) can mild green chilies

1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 lime, sliced
Tortilla strips, for topping
Instructions
1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 2. Add onion, garlic, jalapeno, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, paprika, oregano, and red pepper flakes to slow cooker. Stir to combine. 3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. 4. Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred. Return to slow cooker. 5. Add diced tomatoes, chilies, cream cheese, and heavy cream to slow cooker. Stir to combine. 6. Cover and cook on low for an additional 30 minutes or until cream cheese is melted. 7. Add cheddar cheese, cilantro, and green onion to slow cooker. Stir to combine. 8. Serve with a squeeze of lime juice and tortilla strips. Enjoy!
