Ingredients

- 2 lbs of beef chuck, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 cups beef broth

Instructions
