Ingredients

Instructions
1. Place the halved cherry tomatoes in the bottom of a slow cooker. Add the diced onion and garlic, and season with oregano, thyme, basil, pepper, and salt.
2. Pour the olive oil and vegetable broth over the vegetables, and stir to combine. Pour the white wine or vermouth into the slow cooker.
