Instructions

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef cubes and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Transfer the beef to the slow cooker.

2. Add the broccoli to the slow cooker, then pour the beef broth, soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, garlic, ginger, and chili garlic sauce over the beef and broccoli. Give everything a stir to combine.

3. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 6-7 hours, or until the beef is tender.

4. In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of cold water. Pour the mixture into the slow cooker and stir to combine. Cover the slow cooker and cook on high heat for an additional 15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.

5. Serve the beef and broccoli over cooked white or brown rice.
