Ingredients

For the Philly cheesesteak: 1 cup cooked beef tenderloin, 1/2 onion, 1/2 green pepper, 1/2 cup mushrooms, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon basil, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 4 slices provolone cheese, 4 hoagie rolls.

For the Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry: 2 cups cooked beef tenderloin, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets, 1/2 red onion, diced, 2 cloves of garlic, minced, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 2 tablespoons cold water.

Instructions

For the Philly cheesesteak: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and green pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are softened. Add the mushrooms and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine. Add the cooked beef tenderloin and Worcestershire sauce, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. Add the provolone cheese and cook until the cheese is melted. To assemble the sandwiches, split the hoagie rolls in half and top with the beef and cheese mixture. Serve warm.

For the Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the broccoli and onion, and cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Add the garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Add the cooked beef tenderloin, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Stir to combine. In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and cold water until combined. Add the cornstarch mixture to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the sauce has thickened. Serve warm over cooked rice.
