Instructions
- Wash the rice and soak it in water for 15 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add the onion and garlic and sauté for a few minutes until the onion is lightly browned.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.

- Reduce the heat and let the pressure cooker simmer for 10 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and let the pressure cooker cool down completely before opening the lid.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
