- 2 pounds of pork shoulder, cut into cubes

- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

- 1/2 a head of cabbage, cut into small pieces

- 2 cups of chicken broth

- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the pork cubes and cook until lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Add the garlic, thyme, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute, stirring constantly.
