- Lay 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Spread half of the ricotta cheese mixture over the noodles.
- Sprinkle 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese over the ricotta cheese.
- Spread 1/2 of the spinach over the cheese.
- Sprinkle 1/2 of the sliced mushrooms over the spinach.
- Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce over the mushrooms.
- Repeat the layers, starting with the noodles and ending with the sauce.
- Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil, and bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes:
This lasagna can be frozen and cooked later. To freeze, let the lasagna cool completely. Wrap the dish securely in plastic wrap and aluminum foil. Label and date the dish, and freeze for up to 3 months. When ready to cook, thaw in the refrigerator overnight, and bake as directed.
